These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phpera ("phpera", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phpera.app ("Platform"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
1. Definitions

- "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player directly into their phpera wallet, excluding any bonus funds.
- "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or any other non-deposit value credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by phpera prior to processing withdrawals, in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration
- 2.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use phpera. This age restriction is imposed by PAGCOR regulations governing real-money online gaming in the Philippines. phpera strictly enforces this requirement through KYC identity verification.
- 2.2 You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities may not register accounts on phpera.
- 2.3 Each individual is permitted to maintain one (1) phpera account only. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phpera will close all associated accounts and retain any balances therein upon detection of duplicate registration.
- 2.4 You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration — including your name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly should any details change.
- 2.5 phpera reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, without obligation to state reasons, subject to returning any verified Real Money Balance to the Player via their registered payment method.
- 2.6 By registering, you confirm that you are not accessing phpera from a Prohibited Jurisdiction and that your participation in online gaming does not violate any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
3. Account Security
- 3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpera login credentials, including your password and any SMS OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
- 3.2 phpera will never contact you by phone, email, or chat to request your password or OTP code. Any request for such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to phpera support immediately.
- 3.3 phpera will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to secure your credentials, including losses arising from phishing, social engineering, or device compromise.

- 3.5 phpera recommends enabling two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) on your account. This feature is available in your phpera account security settings and provides a meaningful additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
- 4.1 All transactions on phpera are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phpera does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, except where USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency deposits are specifically supported, in which case the equivalent PHP value at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit will be credited.
- 4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phpera reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time, with notice provided via the Platform.
- 4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account number used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit (e.g., a GCash deposit results in a GCash withdrawal). phpera reserves the right to require an alternative method where the original method is unavailable.
- 4.4 KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal. phpera may request a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or equivalent). Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be held pending verification.
- 4.5 phpera targets withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals. Processing times for bank transfer methods (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may vary. These are target times only and are not guaranteed service levels.
- 4.6 phpera reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence reviews where required by Philippine anti-money laundering legislation (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended, and AMLC regulations).
- 4.7 Deposits are final. phpera does not reverse deposits or charge back funds to the Player's payment method except where required by applicable law or where a deposit error has occurred through no fault of the Player. 5. Bonuses & Promotions
- 5.1 phpera may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and other promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus-derived winnings.
- 5.2 Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated expiry period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- 5.3 phpera reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if phpera reasonably determines that a Player has abused or exploited promotional offers, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other players to arbitrage bonuses, or employing betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
- 5.4 Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred to another phpera account or exchanged for cash outside of any applicable wagering requirement fulfillment.
- 5.5 phpera reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring bonuses already credited to Player accounts in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
- 6.1 Each game available on phpera is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.
- 6.2 RNG (Random Number Generator) powered games on phpera use certified RNG systems that produce outcomes that are statistically random and independent. phpera does not manipulate game outcomes.
- 6.3 Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers at physical tables streamed via video. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, phpera will resolve the round in accordance with the game provider's technical procedures. Incomplete rounds will generally be voided and stakes returned.
- 6.4 phpera is not responsible for lost bets or game interruptions caused by the Player's internet connection, device failure, or power outage on the Player's end.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phpera. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC
- Accessing phpera from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention method
- Laundering funds through the phpera platform, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity
- Colluding with other Players at live dealer tables or in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with phpera games or to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in phpera's platform — any such discovery must be reported to phpera support immediately
- Charging back a deposit via the payment provider after the funds have been used for gambling activity
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing phpera staff or other players through any communication channel
Important: phpera employs real-time fraud detection and transaction monitoring in compliance with Philippine AMLC requirements. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by Republic Act No. 9160 and its implementing rules.
8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property
- 9.1 All content on phpera — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, database structure, and the phpera brand name and mark — is the intellectual property of phpera or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
- 9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. No other right or license is granted.
- 9.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any phpera content without phpera's prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
- 10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpera's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- 10.2 phpera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
- 10.3 phpera shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or third-party service provider failures.
- 10.4 Gambling involves risk. phpera does not guarantee that you will win any bet or recover any money deposited on the Platform. Players are solely responsible for their gambling decisions and their financial consequences.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- 11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- 11.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of phpera shall first be submitted to phpera's customer support for informal resolution. phpera commits to responding to formal written complaints within seven (7) business days.
- 11.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
- 11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
12. Amendments to These Terms
- 12.1 phpera reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, phpera will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by email or on-platform notification to registered Players.
- 12.2 Continued use of phpera following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your phpera account and withdraw your balance before the effective date.
